Agenda Plus(TM)
Nicomp International has developed an agenda management system (Agenda Plus) to assist meeting attendees and organizers the ability to create, manipulate, publish, and manage agenda items and their supporting documents.

  • View existing agenda items
  • Lock agenda items to prevent modification
  • Publish agenda items for web publishing
  • Publish agenda items for archiving

The Agenda Plus system uses PDF as its primary output format.  Information entered into agenda items are dynamically converted to PDF documents for viewing and archiving. Click to view screenshot.

Agenda Summary PDF documents are created dynamically based on information placed in agenda items.
